Return Window
Customers have 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Eligible Reasons for Returns
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is significantly different from the description or images shown on our website
- You decide to return the item (change of mind)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned in their original packaging
Return Authorization & Address
All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

- The authorized return address
- A prepaid return shipping label or clear return instructions
⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Mavietto covers the cost of return shipping in all cases, including:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Change-of-mind returns
In certain situations, we may offer a replacement or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Return Shipping Timeframe
Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after authorization.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid
- If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or clicking here.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@mavietto.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank regarding processing times

Incorrect Address
Mavietto is not responsible for refunds if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@mavietto.com and include photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
